It varies per model, but Dirwin e-bikes can support a range from 30 to 120 miles on a single charge depending on the model, terrain, rider weight, and level of pedal assist used. Our flagship Pioneer 2 leads the lineup with a massive 48V/30Ah (1,440Wh) battery delivering up to 90-120 miles of range. Even our entry-level models like the Pioneer Lite and Pacer Lite offer 25-45 miles per charge, which covers most daily rides with ease.

It depends on how you plan to ride! Our Pioneer series is built for off-road adventures, hunting, and trail riding with fat tires and rugged frames. The Pacer series is designed for everyday commuting and city riding. Yes. Every Dirwin e-bike comes with a 2-year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. We stand behind our products and if something goes wrong, we'll make it right.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all e-bike orders within the continental US (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Our bikes and parts ship next business day from our US warehouse, with delivery in 5-7 business days.

Dirwin e-bikes require minor assembly (handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat) out of the box, but can be assembled in less than 30 minutes with no additional tools required*. Be sure to check out our helpful assembly videos before getting started!

Every Dirwin e-bike purchase includes FREE assembly at your favorite local bike shop. Enter your shipping address on the Checkout page and select your favorite or nearest bike shop in the list of available options. We'll ship your new e-bike to the selected shop for assembly and notify you when it's ready for pickup. That's it!

*Note: The Caravan cargo bike is a two-seat electric bike(fits up to 4 children) that requires additional assembly. We strongly recommend opting into our FREE assembly option.

Yes. Our Pioneer and Pacer series e-bikes are certified to UL 2849 (electrical system safety) and all Dirwin e-bikes feature batteries certified to UL 2271 (battery safety). These certifications mean our bikes have been independently tested to meet rigorous safety standards for electrical and fire safety. This matters because not all e-bike brands can say the same, and at Dirwin, safety is our priority!

Yes! We've partnered with Shop Pay and Klarna to offer flexible financing options at checkout. The Pioneer models feature 4 inch deep tread, fat tires. They are off road e-bikes with a 750 Watt motor that is ideal for any terrain. The Pacer models feature 2 inch commuter tires. They are commuter e-bikes with a 500 Watt motor and lighter frame that's designed for urban and suburban riders.

No, you can not charge the battery by pedaling. To charge a Dirwin e-bike battery, you will need to use the battery charger that was provided with your e-bike purchase.

Yes, you can ride your Dirwin e-bike as a normal bicycle, however, due to the sturdy aluminum alloy frames on every Dirwin e-bike, most users prefer to use either the pedal assist or throttle when riding.

Torque Sensor:

How It Works: Measures the force or pressure applied to the pedals. The harder you push, the more assistance the motor provides. It's responsive and delivers power proportional to your effort.

Riding Experience: Feels more natural and smooth, as the power output closely matches the rider's pedaling effort. It’s great for those who want a bike that feels like a traditional bicycle but with extra power.

Ideal For: Riders who want precise control over their power output, such as those navigating varied terrain or using the bike for exercise.

Cadence Sensor:

How It Works: Measures the rotation of the crank (pedal speed) rather than the pressure applied. As long as the pedals are turning, the motor provides a pre-set level of assistance, regardless of how hard you're pedaling.

Riding Experience: Provides a more consistent power output but may feel less responsive.

Ideal For: Riders who prefer a more straightforward system, often at a lower cost, and those using their e-bike for casual commuting or leisurely rides where fine control over power isn’t as critical.
