Every Dirwin e-bike purchase includes FREE assembly at your favorite local bike shop. Enter your shipping address on the Checkout page and select your favorite or nearest bike shop in the list of available options. We'll ship your new e-bike to the selected shop for assembly and notify you when it's ready for pickup. That's it!

Yes. Our Pioneer and Pacer series e-bikes are certified to UL 2849 (electrical system safety) and all Dirwin e-bikes feature batteries certified to UL 2271 (battery safety). These certifications mean our bikes have been independently tested to meet rigorous safety standards for electrical and fire safety.
