Every Dirwin e-bike purchase comes with free professional assembly at a local bike shop of your choice — no extra fees, no hassle. We’ll ship your new e-bike directly to a participating shop, get it built, and let you know when it’s ready to ride.

How It Works

  1. Add Your Bike to Cart: Start by adding your Dirwin e-bike to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

  2. Enter Your Shipping Address: On the Checkout page, enter your shipping address. A list of nearby bike shops will appear.

  3. Choose a Local Bike Shop: Select your preferred bike shop from the available options. For the smoothest experience, we recommend choosing a shop labeled “Dirwin Preferred Dealer.”

  4. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.

  5. Assembly Coordination: Within 24–48 hours, our team will contact the selected bike shop to confirm their availability. If a shop is unavailable, we’ll find another nearby option and keep you updated throughout the process.

  6. Shipping & Assembly: Once the shop confirms, we’ll ship your e-bike directly to them for assembly. You’ll receive tracking info when it ships.

  7. Pickup Notification: The shop will contact you via phone or email when your e-bike is fully assembled and ready for pickup — typically within a week of delivery.

No Extra Charges

Dirwin covers all assembly costs — typically $150 to $300 — so you don’t pay anything extra. We also ensure the bike shop receives payment before your e-bike is released for pickup.
