"From the ordering process to riding the e-bike, my experience with Dirwin has been top notch. They are very responsive to all my e-mail questions, resolving any issue and question completely! Parts missing

"I ordered (2) trailers and the kick stand was not in one order. In addition, I was expecting the (2) gun racks in the mystery package as the sales rep said was in there, they were not, only helmet. Which I paid for by buying the mystery box. Poor taste in marketing. Now, I have to order the (2) gun racks. Very inconvenient. On a good note, the (2) Pioneer Bikes are Awesome! Very happy with. Grandson loves his, wish they would. Have been here for Christmas as promised but that the society we live in."

She originally set out just to try it, since her previous Dirwin was too tall. What began as a few easy laps around the parking lot quickly turned into a twelve-mile ride. Fantastic service

"The bike itself is great. All the tools to assemble it were sent along, the batteries were fully charged, and the bike was easily assembled. The bike rides very well and is a well thought out design. I tested on several steep hills and the bike could pull my 150lbs without any pedal assist. Overall, at this juncture at least, Im very pleased with my Dirwin."

"A fairly well satisfied with the bikes performance other than the front suspension is very weak. I weigh 230 pounds and any small bump. I hit the forks bottom out very hard. There is no adjustment on them at all. Some of the other E bikes having an adjustment on the front suspension for stiffer or less"

Increased freedom!

"Since getting this ebike, I have found that I am able to explore a little longer, ride a little faster, and cover more ground than I could on my traditional bike. I love the ease of use and comfortability of it. I bought it during the holiday event and got a great deal and some cool accessories. I love the bike and would recommend it to anyone!"
