Delivery Time and Tracking
In-stock orders will normally be shipped within 2 business days unless noted otherwise on their product pages.
Pre-Orders will have their specified expected delivery information on their product pages.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email containing the delivery and tracking information. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.
After the item has been shipped please allow 3 to 4 business days for your shipment to arrive.
For 3rd-party shipping, any additional shipping information outside of the tracking number cannot be provided by Dirwin and any delivery dates provided are estimates.
Changing your order
In the event that you want to make changes to your order after order placement, please contact us at support@dirwinbike.com as the fees vary depending on the stage of the shipment process. Please note the following:
Free of Charge: Changing address before we have sent your order and provided you with the tracking number
$20 Charge: after the delivery has been accepted by the delivery company.
$150 Charge: If the package has already arrived at the original destination address.
